I am writing to give you personally my sincere appreciation for your unfaltering support, flexibility, planning and “can do” attitude that made the deployment of our police officers to Rosyth run seamlessly and for the excellent accommodation that you and your company provided for us. The Flats and the pods that our officers were accommodated in were immaculate comfortable and extremely well presented on our arrival so please can you thank you hard working domestic staff for that. Over the years we have stayed in many hotels etc and I can honestly say that none of them come close to the service that you and your company provided for us during our stay. Due to the ever-changing programme, your willingness to change your room availability to accommodate our delayed departure is something that we gratefully appreciated and was something less to worry about. The work that we were doing was at times very demanding requiring us to work long hours, day and night and it was always reassuring to know that we had a clean and comfortable room to come back to. From a personal point of view your sense of humour and dedication to provide an excellent service was something that I would remember, and I would have no hesitation in recommending your facilities to others. If I was to make any constructive criticism then it would be to change the name of your company from Dockyard Digs as it does not reflect the high level of service and accommodation that you provide. I look forward to meeting and seeing you again in the coming months.

We have stayed at Dockyard Digs for over a year now, the apartments are clean and well maintained. The area is normally quiet with security on on 24/7. All staff are friendly and always happy to please at any time. Any issues are dealt with promptly and swiftly. Keep up all the good work.

We have chosen Dockyard Digs due to the close proximity to our project at the Forth Crossing. My workers are really happy and comfortable here. Service is excellent. The price is great and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to other contractors working on our project.

In July 2015, I stayed at The Forth Bridge Dockyard Apartments for the first time. I was so impressed with the quality of accommodation and the helpfulness of the staff. I normally stay in 4/5 star hotels but I found The Forth Bridge Dockyard Apartments a very refreshing change. The apartments are very spacious, so much natural light, incredibly fitted out and very clean. In particular, I found the table in the living room an excellent size for working this is in contrast to most hotels where normally there is only a small bench/table available which are not easy for working. Wi-Fi excellent. Edinburgh airport is only a short distance away so for me Dockyard Digs is a very appealing alterative to the chain hotels at the airport.

The Forth Bridge Dockyard Appartments were ideal accommodation for our contract workers needs in July 2015. Just a few minutes drive from our working location; a decent size, comfortable, clean, tidy and functional. The staff were friendly, prompt, and efficient. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble whether taking delivery of post or organising room changes. Housekeeping was to a good standard which cannot be easy tidying up after a group of grown-up boys. The site is well kept and the site security team, who are former Ghurkha soldiers, provided a reassuring presence.

Briggs Marine Contractors Ltd uses Dockyard Digs for its vessel crews employed on the construction of the new Queensferry Crossing. The accommodation is very satisfactory and the team at Dockyard Digs offer a flexible service.

Just a short note to express our gratitude for the way your company and staff looked after my personnel during the eighteen months we stayed at Dockyard Digs, whilst working on the new aircraft carrier. The apartment facilities and cleanliness were first class, and I would have no hesitation in using the apartments again, should the need arise.
